BOP Touch Association is a Non Profit Incorporated Organisation Affiliation Overview

  • The Touch Bay of Plenty (BOP) recognizes one of the core businesses of a regional sports body is supporting competition management.Touch Bay of Plenty's aim is to concentrate on aligning, communicating and supporting existing competitions (Modules) and assisting new establishment (Modules).
  • Affiliating to Touch BOP allows players at these Modules to play representative touch, access to refereeing resources, coaching resources, access to development programmes and draw template.
  • Players playing in unaffiliated Modules are ineligible.

How It Works

  • This year the Touch Bay of Plenty affiliation fee is an all-inclusive package - access to our representative and development programmes, refereeing support & competition management advice.

Affiliation Fee Breakdown 2020-21

  • Touch Bay of Plenty Senior Module Affiliation $30.00 per team.
  • Touch Bay of Plenty Junior Module Affiliation $2.00 per player.
  • Touch New Zealand Module Affiliation $350.00 per module per night.

A Module Sanctioning form is completed and returned to BOP Touch for approval. Upon sanctioning approval, the Module organiser completes the online Touch NZ module organiser form.

Touch NZ endorses this online. Touch NZ competition organiser fee invoice is paid as per timeline set by Touch NZ. BOP Touch sends Module endorsement letter along with the Affiliation payment form for the 2020-2021 season.
